Tunisian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In the rainy and green countryside of Northern Tunisia, these olives ripen on wild olive trees that are often over 100 years old. The fruit is handpicked in the traditional way – raked from the branches with a special comb. They are carefully sorted and then crushed straight away. This single variety extra virgin olive oil has a surprisingly green note, but is soft on the palate. Perfect for oriental dishes, this oil is also delicious on garlic bread, raw fish, or for browning chicken and lamb.
